the hotel grounds featured meticulously maintained gardens and a serene lake, complete with ducks and turtles, it was a delight to observe nature. the buffet presented diverse options including plentiful fresh fish and oysters, i particularly enjoyed a meal at the a la carte restaurant with lobster. i observed consistently clean rooms , housekeeping provided daily service. i experienced a friendly atmosphere, the entertainment team was always happy and helpful.
i noted that the alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package seemed to be of slightly lower quality.

I enjoyed the multiple pools at this resort. The spa was an extra benefit, I found it really relaxing. The gardens were well cared for and provided a peaceful setting. The grounds staff maintained colorful flowers, I appreciated their hard work.

The resort is approximately thirty minutes by car from the city center, I noted. A shuttle bus service is available. It provides convenient transportation to the center, it's cheap and reliable.

the grounds were beautiful and well kept (i spent some time walking around).
i found the bar service very slow. there was often a long queue, and the staff did not seem very efficient. the alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package were also disappointing, and tasted watered down, i was also not impressed with the lack of salt and pepper shakers in the restaurant.
